"I have been having "Stiff Necks" on and off for several years. Each time they were more painful and lasting longer. I have purchased lots of pillows, expensive and not. If you live in MA, you will receive the neck pillow in 2 business days once we ship out. If you live in CA, the shipment may take up to 7 business days.
