The harness attaches to the Overhead Traction System, which includes all the necessary hardware to attach to your door. The water-filled bag provides you with the choice of how much weight you want to use (holds up to 20 lbs of water). The full Overhead Traction System will alleviate pressure on your neck during treatment to give your neck relief. Consult with your physician before beginning treatment.
