How does it work?
Pretend that the ball represents your head and the rods are the soft wedges of the pillow. Because of the simple laws of physics, the two soft wedges create a very gentle pull by diverting the downward force of gravity to a horizontal plane (away from your shoulders, therefore relieving pressure between the bones of your neck).

Can I utilize the pillow every night and for the whole time I sleep?
Yes, the more you can use, the easier and better it will become. However some individuals need to gradually increase the usage in stages because of some muscle soreness from such a change from their previous neck pillow.

"I have been having "Stiff Necks" on and off for several years. Each time they were more painful and lasting longer. I have purchased lots of pillows, expensive and not. I came across this pillow and thought I'd give it a try. I have not had a stiff neck since I started using it about 9 months ago. How do you ship the Cervical Traction Neck Pillow?

The cervical traction neck pillow is shipped via Fedex Home or Ground and can take 2-7 days for delivery. Our office is located in Glastonbury, Connecticut- in the northeast. If you live in MA, you will receive the neck pillow in 2 business days once we ship out. If you live in CA, the shipment may take up to 7 business days. If you provide an email address at check out we will send you a tracking number, so you can go to www.fedex.com and track your package. The neck pillow will arrive in a 24 x 18 x 5 brown box weighing approximately 3.8 lbs. The actual pillow is 1.15 lbs. We can ship to a residential or commercial address. Fedex will not ship to a PO Box or military box address. In cases such as these, please email us directly at ctbackdr@cox.net and we will take care of your order manually.
